Closes Friday: Talk submissions for North Bay Python 2023 are due soon!
Happy Monday, Pythonistas!
Talk proposals are due for North Bay Python this Friday. If you want a chance to take to the stage with us in Petaluma in July, make sure you’ve got a proposal in! You can read our call for proposals for details of what we’re looking for, or jump straight to our proposal submission page.
Submissions will be accepted until 11:59pm on Friday 19th (anywhere on earth).
North Bay Python is returning after a three year break, taking place July 29th and 30th in Petaluma, California (35 miles north of San Francisco). Our venue is the beautiful Reis River Ranch, a 600-acre working riverfront property with views of rolling hills, the lower Petaluma River Valley, and as far south as Mount Diablo.
We’re planning a COVID-safe event, with our new venue doing much of the heavy lifting: all of our social space is outdoors and our presentation space — an open-air barn — is extremely well-ventilated. This year, we’re also requiring masks for attendees inside the presentation space. Read our Health and Safety Policy for more details.
So, if you have an idea for a talk that will broaden our audience’s perspective on using Python, making the Python ecosystem better, or the impact our work has on the world, we want to hear from you!
Submit a talk proposal today… or any time until Friday!

P.S. We’re still looking for sponsors to help make our event a success. Details are available on our website. We'll also have ticket details available real soon now.
