This weekend NPC hosts the 2026 Norfolk Punt Championships.

If you intend to race, and you haven’t yet entered please do so via the webcollect page: https://webcollect.org.uk/npc - it is very useful for us to have a clear view of numbers for the competitors’ party on Saturday evening - but don’t worry, we’ll take your money on the day if we have to ;-)

If you can’t race the Championships still hold opportunities for you beyond the normal competition, conviviality, and cake.

On the Saturday afternoon after the last race there’ll be a sail-past to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Norfolk Punt Club - expect to see some lesser-spotted punts which haven’t been seen on the water for many years.

On Sunday we look forward to starting the final race of the Championships by ceremonially discharging a punt gun.

Throughout the weekend there’ll be cameras in operation capturing footage for a forthcoming documentary about Norfolk Punts.
