A briefer one than normal:

I’ve put out a call for performers for the next stage of my project Swine Ball, which I mentioned in my last newsletter.

I’m seeking people with experience and comfort in both dancing/movement and acting/speaking. The project is paid and the commitment will consist of 3-4 week-long rehearsal intensives spread out from late 2026 thru early 2027, with expected premiere in March 2027. Exact schedule is still in development and being set alongside casting. Rehearsals and premiere performances will take place in Chicago, so performers need to be local to Chicago (or able to be).

I wrote a lot more about what I’m looking for and what to expect here. If it seems like a good fit, you can fill out the interest form here (or share it with folks who might be interested!) by June 24. The next step would be an invited in-person workshop-audition the weekend of July 10-12.
