Hi all! I just found out that my double reed trio, Dances for Tangible Water, will be performed tonight along with all the other pieces written as part of the Double Reed Dish Consortium tonight at 7:30pm Pacific Time at Washington State University. The concert will be livestreamed here, but I'm not sure if the stream will be viewable after the fact. If you can't make it, tho, fear not! I hear a studio recording is also in the works. Hopefully I will have more notice about that one!
In October, Washington again
In other Washington State University events, I now have details for the premiere of my tuba sonata! Specifically, it will take place at 7:30pm PT on Thursday, October 13. There will be a livestream! I am told it will go live ~24 hours before the performance, but there's already a nice helpful "Watch Live" button on the event page. I also don't know whether that one will be viewable after the fact, but there should also be a studio recording at some point for that one, too.
