And I'm not talking about that secret, internal launch date I mentioned last week...

I'm talking about the realisation that The StoryGraph Plus — which over 700 people have pre-ordered so far! — is a whole product in and of itself and needs its own, separate, launch. 😅
 

From making sure that all of the features advertised exist (👀), to hooking in all of the self-service billing, like taking out a recurring subscription, cancelling and getting a refund (nobody will ever want do this though, right?), changing your payment details, etc., there's a lot there!

This doesn't even include all of the extra customer research I need to do to make sure that the offering, including pricing, makes sense.

So, yeah, expect the theme of an impending launch to continue into January. 😆

Psst. If you have any experience running, or being part of, a private/paid members forum or chat room, I'd love to hear a little more about what worked well and what didn't.
