However, during my customer research, something I've heard numerous times is: " Well, I knew I had a lot of time to explore the Plus features...but then I just forgot to...and my trail was over. Since I'd survived without the features, I figured I didn't need Plus..."
While we're aware of ways that we can improve Plus, and are currently working on those, I do wonder if we'd do better with a 7- or 14-day trial, if only to incentivise users to get the most out of it as soon as possible.
Then, hopefully the features will be able to speak for themselves!
Right now, one in five people who do a Plus trial end up converting, which is great, but perhaps that proportion could be higher with just this small change. 🤔
