During my recent customer interviews, across both people who eventually paid for Plus and those who didn't subscribe, we received a lot of positive feedback about the fact that we don't require any payment details upfront for the free trial, and that it lasts a long time.
 

This was something that we really wanted to offer. 

We didn't want anybody to end up paying for Plus simply because they forgot to cancel in time, and we wanted to make sure users had enough of a chance to try out all that was on offer in order to make an informed decision.

Every time we see our Plus subscribers number go up, we know that somebody has made an intentional choice and that makes us feel awesome! 🥰

I also hope that we've started work on friends! The reception to the proposed changes has been overwhelmingly positive and we now have a clear idea of what V1 looks like. It's time to get implementing!

On October 30th we've got a catch-up call with our volunteer librarians and on the 31st (12.30 PT/15.30 ET/20.30 UK), Rob and I will be doing a live Q&A on Instagram! What a fun weekend! 🙌🏾
 

Grady Hendrix's My Best Friend's Exorcism is very different to the books I've read recently and I'm enjoying it on the whole!
