- For those who do not use Visual Studio Code, support for GitHub’s Copilot is coming to vim and Jetbrains products via Nat Friedman on Twitter
- Looking to get buy-in to adopt GraphQL at your workplace? Kurt Kemple has you covered with this Tweet thread
- 35 Principles for 35 Years by Shawn Wang.
- RubyJard Just Another Ruby Debugger
- Stay alert A follow up to last week where Chrome 91 drops alert, confirm, and prompt from cross origin frames care of Rich Harris
- On the <dl> by Ben Myers
- Code House your one stop shop for cheat sheets
Fun Stuff
- I discovered this amazing YouTube channel this week called First We Feast. Great interviews with celebreties while they snack on stuff. This episode with Matt Damon eating chicken wings was a great interview, but also got me laughing as the wings got hotter and hotter.
Words of Wisdom for the Week
“try taking a nap” is the human version of “have you tried turning it on and off again?”
Shameless Plugs
- I got back on the learning Rust train, post vacation. Here’s this week’s stream where I started Rustlings!
- We have Arsalan Khattak, a team lead at MLH Fellowship, joining us on the DEV Twitch stream to talk about creating a back end with Fastify.
Until the next issue!
