Long-form personal essays about things like money (my low spend experiments; continued deep dives into how much is enough), the body (explorations of both death and what makes us feel alive), the daily challenges of how to live in this time of collapse, and more. These essays are sent on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday of each month.
Shorter missives to share one question I’m reflecting on each week. Think: less of an essay, more of a quick, messy, real time share. These will be sent on Fridays in February & March – a two-month experiment to see how we all like this format/bonus email. (The first one can be found right here.)

For everyone: What’s Working - an ongoing series (first Tuesday of the month) in which I share what’s been working well in my life, plus a curated list of links to what I’ve been reading, listening to, watching, and cooking. This is also a sharing space, with lovely recs and “what’s working” lists from readers found in the comments each month.
