Our New Website Has Launched!
Our team announced the launch of our new-and-improved website last week – and here’s why we think you should check it out.
- Our new featured projects section shows some of our favourite past partnerships. Visit this page to learn about these impactful organizations and the work that they do across Turtle Island.
- Our impact page shows the social enterprise work we do in our communities, like our scholarships (applications are due on October 31st!)
TechSoup X Animikii Webinar
Our latest collaboration with TechSoup features several Animikii team members presenting in a webinar on Amplifying Indigenous Voices Through Ethical Nonprofit Tech Practices.
The webinar goes into greater depth about how respectful engagement, Indigenous Data Sovereignty, and culturally informed software development pave the way for more responsible and equitable technology use.
Read the webinar feature article and view the video below.
We’re grateful to have our headquarters on traditional territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Lkwungen, Songhees and Esquimalt) Peoples of the Coast Salish Nation.
