It’s time for the annual survey! (cough) Okay, okay, it may have been a couple of years since one of these came across your inbox. That means we’re even more curious to hear from you.

This is a special opportunity for contributors to understand how CouchDB can better serve everyone’s needs, and gives the community an insight into what set-ups others are working with. We’ll be collecting results over the next month and look forward to sharing the results once we’ve processed them.
As part of our celebration, we’re offering five teams free lifetime licenses to Structured Query Server (SQS)— our powerful tool that brings SQL-like querying to CouchDB.

Apache CouchDB is an open source project run by volunteers from around the world, including Neighbourhoodie. We’ve become a fairly large team, but CouchDB can always use more contributions! If you are knowledgeable in any one of these fields: Erlang, Elixir, writing documentation, client-side JavaScript, Docker, or continuous integration with Jenkins on Linux, macOS, FreeBSD or Windows, CouchDB would love to count on your help.
If you’re a Neighbourhoodie customer — or want to become one — you’ll likely hear from us again, but if not, you probably won’t find us in your inbox until the new year.
We’re wishing everyone a great end to 2024! We’ll be spending some time with family and friends to ring in 2025, and we hope you’ll be doing the same. Bye for now!
