Psuedo-Fall and Hairless Blobs

Hey folks!

The start of school has always marked the start of fall for me mentally, even though summer is around for a little while yet. I'm ready for sweaters and fall colors! 🍁

The older I get, the more apt Kirby becomes as a mascot. He's a pink, hairless, blob who loves to eat and has the mind of a child—wait, this is a little too close to home... 😅

• No one actually wants simplicity
• "Waterfall" doesn't mean what you think it means
• I found this old joke video from Adobe about hovering art directors while looking for something else - there's a fine line between pairing (good!) and hovering (bad!)
• The tyranny of collaborative ideation - the best ideas are had alone? But an idea never exists in isolation. I do, however, think that sometimes you do just need space to THINK on your own.
• I was reminded of the hype doc - a framework for keeping track of your accomplishments and goals.
• Some neat CT scans of coffee making appliances. I miss my Moka Pot...
