Hey friends,
Welcome to August โ the only month where both pumpkins and pool floats are considered seasonal dรฉcor. ๐๐
There used to be certain things in web development that I thought were reserved for the elite โ stuff that wasn't really done by normal plebs like myself. Things like: speaking at a conference or publishing a public web package. Well now, with the release of Choreo, I've done both!
I can now report that, in both cases, the bar was lower than I thought. Both stemmed from a problem I was trying to address. So we built a minimal TypeScript layer that handles:
I have no expectations that this will become a big thing, but it solves a problem for us and makes life a little easier โ which makes it well worth it! If you have some idea, no matter how small (and Choreo is a very small idea!), I'd encourage you to share it. Just maybe it'll help someone else too!
