Why is it that forming GOOD habits is so difficult? (Yes, I'm talking about health and fitness...)
There's a friction point when trying to develop a new habit: it's not quite 'something you just do,' and more like 'this is probably a good idea, but I don't quite know how to do it'. I find it very easy to get discouraged at this stage, but I really like James Clear's 1% rule: small improvements lead to big changes over time. I don't have to have it figured out, I just need to do a little better than last time!
