Been a while I have written a new edition of this newsletter. So lets revive this back!!
What have I been up to in the last few weeks?
In the past few weeks, I was down with a major infection and had to isolate for a few weeks and take a medical leave. Much into the recovery phase now and getting back to work, reviving this newsletter and my blogs.
Something regarding research
I got to travel to Glasgow, Scotland, UK two months back for a conference where I was presenting our (me and my research advisor) research work based on the Population Group Semantic Group under the Semantic Network.
In simple words, our work was related to pointing out ambiguous terms (concepts which have more than 80 words) under the Population Group category of the Unified Medical Language System. You can read more about it at:

GPT’s agentic capability
ChatGPT now has agentic capabilities, this means you can call external functions, browse the web and do many more things to interact with other softwares (like ordering food, scheduling email and calls)
Obviously, its not something perfect out of the box. But, its really innovative and surprising to see AI get so better in such a short amount of time.
