Don't you hate when you forget where you put your memory foam pillow?
Hey, remember the other day when I was talking about pillows? I do. I discussed some of the considerations when evaluating pillows (composition and density) and their use (intended and actual). I have a variety of approaches, depending on where I’m napping.
Couch nap: it’s only naptural
If I’m taking a couch nap, I’m usually on my back — we’ll talk about lying posture in the future — and will put one couch pillow behind my head, two under my knees, and hold one on top of my body. Note that we keep two pillows on each couch downstairs — if we had more, I’d probably make use of them.
Moon Pod nap: Napollo 13
If I’m on the Moon Pod, I’m also usually on my back and will mold the MP itself such that I can use part of it as a pillow and don’t need anything additional.

Bed nap: in the Nap of Luxury
If I’m in the bed, which usually means I’m really tired, going untimed, treating myself, or some of each, I’m usually on my side and go with one soft down pillow under my head and a soft memory foam body pillow to spoon with and also put between my knees.
