Late in the Day Nap 4
What, me worry?
So what do you do when your questionable sleep habits lead to getting tired enough late in the day that you need a late nap? Asking for a friend.
My advice to this friend (let’s call him “me”) would be to get annoyed with himself immediately. Then notice it and take a breath. Remember, friend, that nothing is permanent, and there are a lot of things you can do to get your sleep (and napping) schedule back on track. What, friend, you worry?

I want to get my nighttime sleep habits under control in part because it’s throwing off my napping game. Sleep can be elusive for countless reasons — just ask the Captain — and with a plethora (a veritable cornucopia!) of easily available good TV shows and movies, it’s easy to stay up a bit longer to finish a movie, watch another episode, etc. But this is not the way. OK, Mando, so what is the way?
The way is discipline. With that, once we get through Passover — have we mentioned that we’re Jewish? (with that, we’re taking off tomorrow and Friday and will return Sunday) — I plan to kick off my own modified 75 Hard (a la Henrietta). I hope and expect this will bring myriad benefits, among them a more consistent sleeping and napping regime.
