It's the Lack of Respect
That's what hurts the most
What a stupendous day with the fellas at the Shvitz. Clearly the best Summit we’ve ever held, and I would also surmise that it will be hard to top. Lots of creativity in our discussion regarding future plans for TND: post topics, guest appearances, merch, and other what have yous. Ironically, I did not nap yesterday, but already made up for that with an early, post-gym flex today. I’ve been on a heater of flexes recently, and there’s some content there, but first things first. The day was not perfect.
I was triggered on my way to the shvitz. For a man with a stiff upper lip, I am not used to feeling the wave of hurt and pain I felt. Really the disrespect — that was the worst part of it. All aimed at Thomas Alva Edison.

Let me put it to you this way. We here at the TAENR revere our namesake. He developed many devices in fields such as electric power generation, mass communication, sound recording, and motion pictures.1 These inventions, including the phonograph, motion picture camera, and early versions of the electric light bulb, have had a widespread impact on the modern industrialized world.23 We salute his early embrace of women’s suffrage as well.
But it is in the realm of revolutionizing and proselytizing the nap that we honor him. So on a day we came together to further our celebration of him, what could have triggered me? TBC

And let’s not forget the fluoroscopy, tasimeter, rechargeable batteries, his work with high grade iron ore, among others.
