Muster v2: Self-improving skills, platform-agnostic fixes, context budget controls

Hey,

Muster just got a significant update. Here's what's new:

Self-Improving Skill System The PM now scans for methodology gaps during sprint planning. When a missing skill is detected, it's classified as generic (benefits all projects) or product-specific (stays in your project). Generic skills are contributed back to the framework with an opt-out model — your agents get the skill either way, and future Muster projects get it out of the box.

Platform-Agnostic Roadmapping The roadmapping skill no longer assumes iOS/App Store. Milestones, go/no-go gates, and stability targets now include conditional examples for mobile, web, and backend/API. If you're building a web app or backend service, the PM's roadmapping guidance now speaks your language.

Bootstrap Context Budget (Rule 14) PM startup reads are now capped at 600 lines. Sprint closeout automatically archives completed sprints and old decisions to keep the context window lean. If you've noticed sessions getting sluggish after several sprints, this is the fix.

How to update:

cd your-project/muster
git pull origin main
cd ..
git add muster
git commit -m "update muster submodule"
