Well, I’m going to level with you - it’s 1am here in Germany and I’m just starting this newsletter.
Mere hours ago, we finished performing the world premier of Somewhere on the other side of this wide night at the Karlsruhe improv festival.
Now much of the cast is lying around our AirBNB (which looks like a fancy doll’s house) trying to reach equilibrium after all the adrenaline and magic that went screaming through our veins.
As I’m starting so late, I’m going to have to cut some corners this week.
Hopefully, you won’t notice.
Rule of three
[Water] Water
I love this liquid so much that most of my body is made of it. Honestly, it’s in my top 3 molecular compounds of all time.
[Oxygen] Oxygen
Every time I breathe in some oxygen I feel loads better. If you’re feeling a bit light headed (or even if you’re not), I can’t recommend it enough.
[Sleep] Sleep
I haven’t experienced this personally but some of the people I follow on Instagram swear by it. Apparently, it can have huge physical and mental benefits. Obviously, the science isn’t quite there yet but I encourage you to do your own research. You might be surprised.
