Words have been harder than ever recently, so I hope this comic will suffice. Drawing has been easier than writing, something that’s never been true for me before, and I think at least part of that is because I’m letting myself (mostly) be bad at it.
Here are some other things I’ve drawn recently: comics about my terrible cats, a gif of a ghost trying to escape its own farts, and a lot of communist animals for May Day.
The title is from Diana Wynne Jones’ A Charmed Life, a book that taught me how to feel righteous but futile fury at things that I couldn’t change, and also to appreciate extravagant embroidered dressing gowns.
