Piet is a weird little programming language that uses colors in an image instead of characters in a text file. The examples aren't all beautiful, but I do like this Hello World.
Kyle's Pick
Bouncing off of Tony's pick, Shader Park looks neat as a generative art tool. It relies on "signed distance fields" (SDFs) under the hood, which are handy for creating complex shapes with noise added in.
