Here's a cool project: Highrises by Chris Hypha (and team). They take a bunch of high res photos of art deco highrises with a drone, then stitch them together to create images with a surreal perspective (more in this tweet). Cool images, and an interestingly heavily monetized project.

Google had a fun project up this week, seemingly to celebrate the remaster of We Love Katamari.
In this experiment, you can roll your katamari (usually translated as "clump") to collect words and images from Google search results. I hope they write a post on how they accomplished it — it looks like they convert the page to a canvas, but I'm curious how they chunk up all of the page elements and keep it reasonably performant.
The experiment is still up at the time of writing. Just search for "katamari" and then click the rainbow ball in the top-right corner of the search results, then wad those search results into your life.
If you need some feel-good music to go with it, here's the We Love Katamari soundtrack.
