Not a game for once unless the game is Supreme Court corruption, but I saw these stats from Fix the Court on the number and value of gifts received by Supreme Court justices since 2004. Let’s just say that Clarence Thomas’s totals are a bit of an outlier.
Shout out to the Strict Scrutiny podcast for getting me hooked on Supreme Court culture over the last few months. And just a reminder that it’s possible if not likely that the next president will nominate at least one justice, so remember to vote.
