Another CTO Coffee Club and Links
Hi,
Thanks to everyone who came to our first CTO Coffee Club last week. It was buzzing with ideas and shared experiences, and was a lovely burst of energy and connection for the end of the week.
So I couldn't resist setting up another for next month:
☕ CTO Coffee Club
This online session is a chance to bring along a challenge or question (and a coffee or tea) and meet a small group of your peers to get some support and new perspectives.
This will be on Zoom at 2pm (UK time) on Fri 13th March.
→ Register here — places are limited.

Some of the things that I have read and watched recently include:
- The era of the software factory 🏭: Luca Rossi and Rob Zuber on the state of of software delivery and what is working for teams
- Forget coverage; focus on risk: "Not all code deserves equal attention. Focusing on exhaustive unit test coverage can slow delivery and frustrate developers. Risk-based prioritisation balances confidence with agility: reducing rework and enabling faster iteration where it counts." — Stuart Hall
- How to coach your team (without making them defensive): Wes Kao on being clearer with your language to make feedback easier to hear and more likely to land
- CTO archetypes 🧩: Pat Kua's CTO archetypes are a great reminder of the huge variation between different CTO roles
Take care,
