Today, I hope you are doing something that you truly love. It could be hugging the person next to you, sitting on the terrace at your favorite spot soaking in the sun, or enjoying the smell of basil in your homemade pasta that you just finished cooking. I hope that while the sun is out, you laugh until you’re wheezing for air. I hope you sit at one of your favorite parks to experience how life feels outside of your head. I hope you know that you’re doing the best that you can, and today, that is enough. I hope you close that email early and go enjoy what life has to offer.
