ESCAPE FROM GODOT WINS A LEGACY GOLDEN LOCK
Pictured: Escape from Godot at the Hollywood Fringe Festival 5 years ago.
The traditional fifth anniversary gift is wood but this year... we were given some GOLD! 5 years (almost to the day) after we sold our very first ticket to Escape From Godot, we received a surprise we didn't even know we could wish for- an award!
Thank you to Room Escape Artist for our Golden Lock Legacy Event Award. We are truly honored and delighted.
HELL YES. KBLT-SHIRTS.
Wake up and hear the bacon! Missing 40 Watts From Nowhere? Want to show the OG KBLT some love? Silverlake’s iconic pirate radio station has NEW MERCH! Get yourself a very soft, very rad KBLT-shirt with original station artwork by Camille Rose Garcia. Wear it and be the absolute coolest while supporting whatever the next phase of KBLT might be. Email KBLTsilverlake@gmail.com to snag one while you can.

GHOST TOWN ALIVE
Andy has been hard at work as the Immersive Performance Director for Ghost Town Alive. An all-day immersive romp through the old west taking place at Knotts Berry Farm Memorial Day through Labor Day. Your park ticket is all you need to experience this beloved, award-winning, rootin’ tootin’ good time. Eagle-eyed fans of Escape From Godot may spot the familiar face of Phil Ward as notorious outlaw Ox Mayfield.

A FEW CALIFORNIA SUMMER RECOMMENDATIONS
In San Francisco - witness a heart-wrenching and delightful dance-theatre-memoir with ABBELE.
In San Diego - jump into a powerful immersive dreamscape plus wrestling with LA LUCHA.
In Los Angeles - take in a theatrical smorgasbord because who the hell knows what weird fantastic flavors you'll find at Hollywood Fringe Festival!
More announcements are coming soon, but until then, stay curious, stay playful, and stay hydrated. Happy Summer!
