Minimalissimo Weekly Edit

Letter Nº18

Hello. It's been about 6 weeks in lockdown for me and I'm starting to regret not having the most ergonomic of desk chairs. I compromised function for form when I originally bought a bucket chair from HAY, but I still refuse to buy a typically ugly desk chair, so instead I have invested in a good seat cushion, which arrives tomorrow. How is your home setup? Minimal? Feel free to take a quick photo and email it over to me. I'd love to take a look. No judgement—I promise.

Our features over the past week include a visit to Berlin to admire the geometric and beautifully brutalist presence of the König Galerie in our featured mood. We step inside the striking dwelling that is Sagamine House in Nagoya, and we introduce simplicity with splashes of colour (shocking, I know) in the striking BLT homewares collection by FILD. Have a read, take it slow, and enjoy your Sunday.
