Minimalissimo Weekly Edit
What's Happening?
Hello. I hope you've had a good week. I'd like to begin by sharing with you our latest product design. We call it Owl. It's a minimalist theme powered by Notion and Super for photographers and artists alike. By removing the non-essential, we have created a fast, simplified, and more focused site design that puts your work first. Simple and lightweight with a strong focus on photography, Owl is a customisable template/theme. Setting this theme up is easy with no technical skills needed. This was made in collaboration with Benjamin Hoppe. I hope it's something you might consider using.
Check out some of our recent features and one from the archive below. You should also buy our beautiful new photo book, Selection: Architecture. Have a read, take it slow, and enjoy your Sunday.

Features
With Love to Alvar and Aino
An apartment renovation in Minsk seeks to replicate the light, warmth, and timelessness found in the works of Alvar and Aino Aalto. Using a careful combination of architecture and furnishings, the dwelling is an ode to the Aaltos while serving as a functional home for a young couple.
KNTR Collection
Art and design studio HHID presents their KNTR collection; a family of minimal outdoor furniture pieces. The collection consists of a stool, a low chair, and a coffee table. Unified by a linear yet soft design language, the pieces are intended to integrate themselves naturally in a residential outdoor environment.
Haus Steinegg
Built back in 2005, Haus Steinegg is the first architectural project by Peter Wigglesworth. Located in Thurgau, Switzerland, it is composed of two rectangular blocks divided by a central entrance hall and staircase that can be experienced as a void or space between the two blocks.

Shades of Tadao Ando
As one of just a handful of architects who have mastered the art of minimalism in architectural design, Tadao Ando has, for decades, conceived some of the most iconic concrete hotels, galleries, and residential dwellings around the world. He has also dedicated many years to teaching, particularly at the University of Tokyo. We pay homage to his contribution to minimalism.
