Minimalissimo Weekly Edit
Minimalissimo in Design
Hello. I hope you've had a good week. We're very close to launching our 3D models for the shop. With the increase of 3D printing and wider availability of printers, we want to explore this area of digital design. Our launch collection will consist of 3 products, which I'm hoping we can announce by the end of the month. We might explore this concept further by looking into other model types, such as CNC machined models. I'm not expecting mass sales with this project, but I hope it does open people's eyes to new possibilities in product design and production.
For all projects we're working on, you can see updates in our Sync, which you'll get access to by becoming a member.
Our features over the past week include a mix of furniture, homewares, and architecture. From a simple glass side table from OrtegaGuijarro to a tranquil abode by Alain Carle Architecte. An in our featured mood we celebrate brass designed objects. Have a read, take it slow, and enjoy your Sunday.

Features
Sol Side Table
OrtegaGuijarro created the Sol Side Table for ClassiCon. As strikingly simple as the construction made of glass panels of different sizes may be, at second glance, it is pretty complex. Depending on the perspective, the incidence of light and shadows, the coloured-transparent elements of the table merge into ever-changing silhouettes and visually trick their observers.
NORM Residence
The winter snow engulfs Baie-D'Urfé in a powdery white landscape. Warm light emits from sparse openings of suburban houses, creating a speckle of soft illuminations hidden behind large pine canopies. Drifting cloud fragments across the blue sky slowly carries a peaceful charm to this western region of Montréal island. Here situates NORM Residence, a tranquil abode renovated by Alain Carle Architecte.

Villa Mörtnäs
London-based Fourfoursixsix’s Villa Mörtnäs combines considered Scandinavian style together with abounding contextual deliberation. Designed over three levels, the minimal formality of this Swedish villa clearly helps define a lineation of spaces within.
