Minimalissimo Weekly Edit
Minimalissimo in Design
Hello. I hope you’ve had a good week. I have been thinking about the next iteration of the Minimalissimo website. I wouldn’t change things drastically, but I have a couple of interesting ideas in mind. After having a light discussion with some of the team, I think we might tackle this as a project towards the end of the year. Also, I’m thinking of including a Spotify playlist within each interview. I saw this over on Interface Lovers, and really liked the idea. I’m actually tempted to get in touch with some folks from past conversations and ask them for a playlist to include. Do you like that?
For all projects we’re working on, you can see updates in our Sync, which you’ll get access to by becoming a member.
Our features over the past week include an interview with German design duo Kaschkasch, a utopian interior design setting that showcases some beautiful furniture and homeware accessories, and in our featured mood we pay homage to some new and iconic Swiss design. Have a read, take it slow, and enjoy your Sunday.

A Conversation with Kaschkasch
Kaschkasch approaches design as a helpful and practical component of life that conveys character and attitudes through the expressiveness of restraint. From their Cologne studio, we spoke to founders Florian and Sebastian about their creative process, 3D printing, and what it means to be a designer.
Architecture of Silence
A creative design collaboration between Wentz and Blackhaus showcases home furnishings and accessories is a uniquely utopian setting. You are not alone if you think the surroundings look too good to be to true: the space is designed to blur the lines between reality and imagination.

Palmgren House
John Pawson’s Palmgren House is steadily purest to his collective body of work. Located in Drevviken, Sweden this house engrosses both an enclosed courtyard to the rear and a terrace, to the front. Completed recently in 2013, Palmgren House is uncompromising in its dedication to both the contemporary architecture and minimalist movements.
