Minimalissimo Weekly Edit
Minimalissimo in Design
Hello. I hope you've had a good week. We made a tentative start on our new site. We discussed whether we should opt for an evolutionary design that is an improvement on the current site yet doesn't feel wildly different. Or we go wildly different. We decided on the latter. We're going different and we're going brutalist. That's all I'm going to say for now, but I do have a couple of questions for you:
- Do you use our site search and do you think it would be important to keep?
- Or would categories and subcategories suffice as a secondary browsing method?
We recently published a book. Our best work yet. You should definitely buy a copy 🖤
Check out some of our recent features and one from the archive below. Have a read, take it slow, and enjoy your Sunday.

Features
Project K
Designed by Studio Hazeldean, Project K is a minimal private residence with an open-plan program that seamlessly incorporates the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. With a Japanese influence applied to the aesthetics, the cool-toned, modern design encourages a stronger and more intimate connection with nature.
Swiss National Museum
Completed in 2016, the addition to the Swiss National Museum is an intertwining form that elongates and extrudes beyond the historical structure. Designed by Christ & Gantenbein, the monolithic structure, with its grey palette, becomes a warm and serene architecture through the lens of Rory Gardiner.
