Minimalissimo Weekly Edit
Letter Nº13
Hello. So… enjoying life at home? Hopefully your life hasn’t been hugely disrupted with this pandemic. I sincerely hope not. But then, if your life has been disrupted, I hope you have found some new positives and perspectives from it. For me, I’m now getting better sleep and that’s something many of us usually take for granted.
Anyway, back to Minimalissimo and design. We pushed a little site update this week. We changed up our header and introduced a light/dark mode switch in the top left. The default is still detected by your OS preference, but you now have control to change the reading experience. I hope you like it.
Our features over the past week included an interview with one of Japan’s greatest product designers, Keita Suzuki. We celebrated the beautiful furniture design of duo Kauppi & Kauppi, and we took a close look at the fantastic New Armor bronze objects by Korean creator, Kwangho Lee. We’re also really happy to share a couple of aesthetic moods with you, which are focused on different styles of architecture. Have a read, take it slow, and enjoy your Sunday.

“It would be great if I can contribute to a society full of beautiful objects. That’s why I always like doing public design as well as designs for individuals.”
