I am so excited to share with you the newest addition to the Mindful Librarian Journal! Remember, you can find all of the monthly pages on the Downloads page here.
I’m so excited to be bringing to you daily pages to help you transition from work to home! I was inspired by some of my favorite thinkers ~ Liz Lamoreaux, Spencer Megan, Cait Flanders, and Lisa Olivera ~ to create these pages to help you transition from work to home in a quick and thoughtful way. I only have 5 minutes from the time my student last bell rings until my contract end time, so that’s the exact amount of time I am able to dedicate to mentally transitioning from work to home. These pages are a way to reflect on the good, dash down a few words to describe how you’re feeling at the end of the day, do a brain dump of your to-do list for the next day’s work, and a list of what you want to get done at home. Then, on to a more peaceful commute or other transition from one space to the next!
