Hello readers! I love writing about bookish things every Saturday morning, but I also love sharing about my adventures. I don’t travel extensively, so the times I do travel are extra special. Today’s newsletter is all about my most recent trip. Note that since I don’t show pictures of my kids online, I am not sharing the majority of my favorite shots from the trip.

I just got home from another trip to Chicago! This adventure was very different from, but just as amazing as, the last one we had in the city. The oldest and I drove down last weekend for National Portfolio Day at School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) and we had an absolutely wonderful time!
