Hello readers!
On Thursday I shared about how Thanksgiving isn’t a holiday I celebrate or enjoy, but Christmas? I love the spirit of Christmas, and I use the coziness of Christmas stories to soothe my seasonal affective disorder and light up an otherwise dark month. I used to always wait until December 1st to read my holiday books, but I decided to start way earlier this year so I don’t get burned out on them. It’s been a lot of fun trickling Christmas stories into my reading life over the past few months!
Speaking of December 1st, I just want to give you a little nudge to go check out a new version of the journaling program that got me hooked last year. I can’t believe my daily journaling habit is almost one year old!! Last year I signed up for Liz Lamoreux’s December Pause journaling course, and it is not hyperbole to say it changed my life. This year she’s doing something a little different and is running a special December version of her Five Things course, which I am SO excited about, because that’s exactly the type of journaling I am doing these days ~ listing! The program works via a daily email from Liz from December 1-31 and I am so ready to get Liz’s soothing words in my inbox every day. Head on over and check out December Five Things! Not an ad, just sharing something I love!
