A Brief Bookish Interlude
and some trip pictures
Whew, the past few weeks have been a WHIRLWIND! I’m taking this weekend off from regularly scheduled book content because it’s been go, go, go for the past week and a half, and the youngest and I just got back from Colorado last night. The oldest is staying until next Tuesday to do a backpacking camping trip with my mom and stepdad in the mountains and then flying home on her own. Well, flying to Minneapolis and then staying with a friend there and then hopefully returning before she has to work again sometime in August!
Here are a few tidbits from the trip (Denver and Buena Vista from Wisconsin), and then I’ll be back next Saturday with all of the August releases I’m excited about!
Note that the majority of the pictures I took on the trip have my girls’ faces showing ~ since I don’t publish my kids online, I won’t be sharing a LOT of the stuff we saw and did.
