What's in Your Way?
A simple question for a clearer path
How time flies!
We have been exploring the key ideas of mindful action for most of 2025. Acting mindfully, like any useful skill, takes commitment and regular practice.
And while we continue building that practice, it’s OK if we feel stuck from time to time. It could happen that occasionally, we still:
- Find ourselves waiting, procrastinating, or feeling paralyzed, even when we have a good sense of our direction.
- Fear not being perfect.
- Can’t shake off the tendency to compare ourselves against others.
- Can’t silence our incessant inner critic.
- Make rigid and obsessive plans that leave no room for adaptability and flow.
Simply naming our obstacle is a mindful action in itself. It's an act of observation that brings clarity, and makes our next action obvious.
What's one thing presently keeping you from taking mindful action in an area that matters to you?
Mindfully,
