Soundless AAA: Check This Out (Opens VSCode)
A good amount of programming was completed recently for the Soundless art update patch!
This week, Patrons got to watch as I slammed my fingers against a keyboard to put together a bunch of things. I implemented all the ConditionSwitches for CGs (in code only; unfinished ones were given placeholders) and sprites, then finished up the art selection screen, then got started on the galleries and implemented a BUNCH of persistent variables. These variables will allow for both the gallery of old art and the gallery of new art to unlock the appropriate CGs at the same time when a new player goes through the game.
There is a little bit of bad news, though: Not only was I a little too ill to draw most of the week, but it seems I miscounted how many CGs were actually left. Two of them got lost in the sauce. However, they’re being worked on immediately. Both are simple, so no worries.
