November! Crimbo! Keynote! Exclamation Points?

NOVEMBER vol 2: THE GUN IN THE PUDDLE
is off to print this week.
I wrote it; Elsa Charretier drew it; Matt Hollingsworth colored it; Kurt Ankeny lettered it; Rian Hughes designed it; Image Comics is publishing it. It's 80 pages and 17 bucks and a gorgeous hardcover that also smells really good if you're someone into, y'know, paper smells.
Because of the vagaries of publishing, the folks that run comic stores have what's called FINAL ORDER CUTOFF coming on FEB 3. That means they have to let the book distributor know how many copies they want to have on-hand when it comes out (currently its on-sale date is 5/20)
For stores that order 10 or more copies, Elsa and I have put together signature plates (really it was all Elsa; I just signed them, she's the brains of the outfit) that we'll send out to those shops for free, as a way of saying thanks for supporting the book.
Image will be in touch with retailers through whatever witchy channels publishers and comic shops communicate about things like this; we wanted to make sure, though, that YOU knew to tell your retailer so they'd 1) pre-order a copy for you and 2) know about the promotion, in case the aforementioned witchery failed to reach them.

And they are accurate representations of Elsa's size relative to mine. I am like a Jaeger suit she puts on to punch monsters.
Some tiers of Elsa's Kickstarter backers are getting these stickers as a part of the NOVEMBER COMMENTARY EDITION, which is now in her hands and looks amazing.
