Actually there is nothing this week! Or next week, for that matter, because A) this was my birthday today and while I appreciate all of you greatly for reading this drivel every week, I spent my birthday playing games, watching the Oscars and eating cake, and B) my wife and are I going on vacation to Italy, so no newsletter until February 23rd, basically. But it will be longer than average then! Unless I die from eating all of the pasta.

In the meantime, Parasite winning Best Picture sure did rule and if you haven’t seen it yet, you should definitely rectify that right away, because it’s really very rare that a movie that could realistically be the best picture of the year actually wins Best Picture. (I personally liked The Farewell and Little Women better, but only by a matter of inches.)
