Partners Group filled 33% of sale requests, down from 82.9%
# Partners Group filled 33% of sale requests
Holders of Partners Group Private Equity asked to sell $2,208,776,044.73 in the round that closed Aug 26, 2026. The fund's Oct 29 filing says it took $728,434,461.77, pro rata: 33.0%, against 82.9% in June (our arithmetic). Requests equaled about 15.2% of net assets. The cap was 5%.
On a $100,000 request, about $33,000 was accepted. The rest stays in the fund, and asking again means tendering again.
The next window closes Nov 27, 2026, 11:59pm ET. Up to about 5%, or $729.3 million. Three terms to read before you tender:
- Price comes later. You commit in November at the Dec 31 NAV.
- Accepted is not cash. You get a non-interest-bearing, non-transferable note: at least 95% by the 65th day after the deadline (Jan 31, 2027, our arithmetic), the remainder after the audit.
- Fee. 2.00% on units held under 12 months.
The fund may take holders under 100 units who tender everything before prorating. If the same dollars return, the fill is 33% again (our arithmetic, not a forecast).
Earlier rounds; this one reaches that page today.
Next deadlines
Nov 3: Apollo Diversified Real Estate. Nov 5: PFLEX. Nov 6: Onex Direct Lending, AFA Asset Based Lending. Nov 23: Greenbacker vote and election. Broker cut-offs can be earlier. All Q4 dates.
Watchlist
- Prospect Capital: $300 million of 8.95% notes due 2031, which may repay 3.364% notes (0001287032-26-000300).
Help me stop sending you the wrong half. Most of this list gets this generic paragraph because we don't know what you hold. One tap, no form:
- I hold a non-traded REIT, interval fund, BDC or DST
- I invest through platforms like Fundrise, Arrived or Groundfloor
- I'm looking for a real estate loan
- None yet, I'm researching
If you hold one of these and a filing just landed, we can read it line by line against the one before it for you.
Reply: has a tender or repurchase of yours been prorated this year, and what were you told? I read every reply.
