The Grey Babysitter

The Grey Babysitter is a predator, but people still hire it to look after their kids. The children stay in their bedroom, paralysed with fear. They do not come downstairs because they are thirsty, or because their room is too warm, or because they cannot sleep. The Grey Babysitter scuttles between downstairs rooms, stretches out its seven legs in the dark. There are terrible things in the world, and the Grey Babysitter keeps them away.

Just a short one this week - we’re in the midst of preparations for the Wilde Volk exhibition. If you’re anywhere near Hebden Bridge between August 8th and 30th you should definitely come by.
