Three months of life and photography

Captain's log

It's been three months since the last newsletter. Earlier I forced myself to write one at the beginning of each month. These days I write one whenever I feel like it, and it seems it can easily be three months between such moments.

Since last newsletter I have decided to start writing a macro photography e-book. The preliminary title is "Everything I know about Macro Photography". And the goal with my writing is that everything I know about macro photography (worth knowing), should be in that book.

The goal is that anyone who buys the book and invests the time to read it, should have all the knowledge I have accumulated in the 9 years I have been doing macro photography. As a subscriber of this newsletter, you will be the first to know when the book is available.

I have also been doing more street photography experiments. I have especially enjoyed playing with slow shutter speeds. You can have a look at my videos about this in case you missed them.

When spring arrives in Sweden again, I am actually looking forward to doing some macro photography again. But that will probably be around the end of April or the beginning of May, when the first insects arrive where I live (typically forest ants).
