Dear bread friends

I bought a bag of spelt grain a while back and last week I tried incorporating the spelt through a scald. I'll be fermenting the same loaves again this Saturday, and baking them first thing Sunday morning 25 October.

If you'd like a loaf, please get in touch by Thursday 22 October at 5pm. Collect from Earlsdon on Sunday from 08:30 onwards (remember: the clocks go back on Sunday morning here in the northern hemisphere). If any questions send me an email.
