Hello carb compadres

I’m going to bake twice this long weekend: Saturday (4 April) and Monday (6 April): Merton Simple loaves Saturday and scalded Khorosan loaves Monday (my favourite grain to work with and eat).

For orders to be collected from here in Earlsdon Saturday morning (from 8am) you’ll need to email or message me by Thursday 2 April 4pm (that’s tomorrow).

For orders to be collected Monday morning contact me by Saturday 3 April 4pm.

Like last week, pay what you can afford and if anyone has access needs I can bike to you if you live within ~5km of Coventry station.

Depending on demand, I’m also happy to make larger loaves — from a 900g batard (oval) to a beautiful 1.2kg boule (round) like this:
