Hello
I’ve been baking a lot these last weeks, experimenting with deep pan pizza, vegan brioche and a lot of sourdough (the very opposite of industrialised bread).
But, I am also going to be travelling a lot more these coming months and as such have decided to stop supplying bread to COGs on Saturdays. I just didn’t feel like I was able to maintain a reliable supply.
The last day will be Saturday 14 February but I will still be baking to order for those of you who are after a slice or two.
