It’s called Fledgling Manor and I’ve been working on it with my studio In Secret Places for the last six months. It’s a visual novel about a deadly vampire reality show that I think is very funny, sexy, and weird. It’s also a pretty personal project that I poured a lot of my painful feelings around competition and the job market over the last year into.
Basically, I got sick of getting rejections for jobs at studios and said yeah, well, I’m going to start my own studio! With blackjack! And vampires!

I’m really proud of what we accomplished here, and even prouder when I remember that we did it in half a year, in our spare time, with zero budget. Just imagine what we’ll do next.
