three new classes (and a new location)

The painting Three Chairs with a Section of a Picasso Mural by David Hockney, which is what it sounds like: two modern-looking wooden chairs with curved lines, one saffron yellow, the other purple, and one red outdoor chaise longue with what looks like a white metal frame, all three lined up against a wall with a monotone reproduction of a Picasso painting on it. I know I used a Hockney painting a few weeks ago but I ran out of time here and I like this one. I promise that this newsletter is not going to become an endless series of David Hockney paintings.
A metaphor for three new classes, just waiting for someone to fill them.

Hi friends, things are happening! Like, for instance:

  • The first Level 2 class in almost a year

  • Improv for Introverts in a new location (1507 Wilshire Blvd., just off Airport across from Mueller), on Mondays starting August 18th

  • Improv for Introverts in our beloved original classic location (2008 Justin Lane, near Burnet), on Wednesdays starting August 6th

Very exciting! The plan is to eventually be teaching Mercury Improv classes all over the city. I’m hoping the Wilshire location is more convenient for people who maybe don’t want to drive all the way up to Burnet. I guess we’ll see.

As always, please feel free to email me with questions, observations, or hot fashion tips. I hope to see you in class soon.

Till then,
John
