new monthly workshop! (+ free intro class)

A photograph of a bicycle that has been deconstructed to its constituent parts and laid out on a white background so that it looks more like a piece of abstract art. Unfortunately I don't know who took it.
In many ways an improv scene is like a bicycle: discuss

Hi friends,

Because it’s happening the soonest, the main thing this week is another free introductory class at 7pm this Tuesday (Jan. 21st). If you or someone you know has been on the fence about taking a Mercury class, come try before you buy. I mean really, why not? You can sign up here.

Then a new edition of Improv for Introverts starts Wednesday, and as of this writing there are still open slots. I’m told I need goals for my business so my goal this year is to fill all my classes. Won’t you please help?

But the big new thing is a monthly workshop open to anyone who’s taken an introductory course from me. The format will be similar to other classes but each month we’ll focus on a different topic in an attempt to keep me from going off in too many different directions at once. These will happen the third Tuesday of every month, and my hope is that afterward we can go hang out somewhere (yes, on a school night) and you can meet people from other classes.

Obviously, that time slot this month is taken up by the free class, but let me know if you have suggestions / requests for the February topic.

Okay, that’s enough for now! Talk soon!

Till then,
John
